EDENRED’S COMMITMENT
Edenred Sweden is committed to making its websites, mobile applications, intranet, extranet, and software accessible in accordance with the Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the Act (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services [lagen (2023:254) om vissa produkters och tjänsters tillgänglighet].
We value inclusion and diversity, and we ensure that the website of Edenred Sweden is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
We are firmly committed to a web for all. With a long-term and responsible vision, we aim to fully meet regulatory requirements, particularly the European standard EN 301 549.
COMPLIANCE STATUS
The mobile application of Edenred Sweden is partially compliant with the European standard EN 301 549.
Non-accessible Content:
- Recurring contrast issues occur across multiple pages, affecting both text and backgrounds behind text, resulting in insufficient readability.
- In several areas of the app, text and layout do not scale correctly when users increase font size or when text weight changes, for example when text becomes bold, causing the layout to fail to adapt.
- Recurring clipped text issues occur when font size is increased, as components and containers do not grow in line with the content.
- In multiple places, hit areas (tap and click targets) are too small, including the secondary button and “Change login method,” reducing accuracy and usability.
- In some sections, text size is too small and should be increased to improve readability.
- Throughout the app, element descriptions are missing for multiple UI elements, including icons, input fields without labels, and images.
